Well,
I tried vpnreactor and I couldn't access it without a vpn on 20 April 2011. So some thing is wrong with your report. Where are you accessing from? I'm in China. Now, today I am using a vpn, to access, a vpn that has become unblocked that I had subscribed to. Not mentioning any names but some vpns will only give their full access data when you are coming up for renewal, not very commercially proactive.

Thanks for comment. We ran another test just now and like you found this website to be blocked. It seems this website is blocked from time to time. Keep checking for updates.
