I'm pretty sure Sinocism has been blocked since yesterday, yet it shows up as green here.

Tested it again and now it indeed shows up as blocked.

When tested earlier today, it seems the website could not be accessed from the US either. A website is only considered to be blocked if it can be accessed from the US but not from China. You can see details of the tests by clicking on the days in the calendar view.

It seems that your domain has not been blocked, only the IP address. If you change your IP address, it could be unblocked. To avoid having it automatically reblocked, you may want to switch to HTTPS.

It is fully blocked today, November 15, 2013 but it is also being rerouted to a Chinese mirror site if you access it from the USA. Maybe due to coverage from the 3rd Plenum? Not even blog opinions…just a list of news media that has articles on the 3rd Plenum.
